Volunteer Telephone and Admin Volunteer

Typical tasks include:
Dealing with face-to-face, phone and online enquiries, supported by the team.
Reception and front of house duties, helping around the cashier desk.
Completing administration procedures accurately.
Arranging collections of donations via our local van teams.

About British Heart Foundation Furniture Shop (Dalry)

The aim of the British Heart Foundation is to play a leading role in the fight against disease. We aim to do this through research, education and care, funding medical research, providing support and information and also providing life saving equipment for hospitals and funding British Heart Foundation nurses.

Experience Required

IT skills, happy to answer phone, customer service experience, Reliable and friendly.
