Our Conference Room is an adaptable and modern meeting space

Conference room for hire

Conveniently located on the ground floor of our building on Leith Walk, our Conference Room is an adaptable and modern meeting space that can accommodate up to 24 people *. Click here to view us on a map.

The room is located adjacent to an accessible toilet and hire includes use of standard facilities such as a large 55 inch flat screen television, and tea and coffee can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

If you are interested in hiring this venue and have further questions then please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to assist. Note however that this is a popular venue so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on a Friday but we may be able to accommodate bookings outside these hours.

Making a booking

To book please download a booking form and our terms and conditions available from the downloads box opposite (or below on a mobile device) and submit the form by email to finance@volunteeredinburgh.org.uk **.

Hire rates

Hourly Rate Half-Day Rate Full-Day Rate Tea and Coffee
£20 £45 up to 3.5 hours £80 up to 7 hours £1 per person

* Dependent upon desired layout: 12 boardroom; 16 ‘U’ shaped without tables; and 24 theatre.
** Please note that all room bookings are subject to the terms and conditions available to view and download from this page which are specific to the hire of our conference room, and our organisations terms of service.
