Our Conference Room is an adaptable and modern meeting space

Conference room for hire

Conveniently located on the ground floor of our building on Leith Walk, our Conference Room is an adaptable and modern meeting space. Click here to view us on a map.

Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on a Friday. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate bookings outside these hours.

Room hire includes the use of the following standard facilities
Space for up to 24 peopleDependent upon desired layout *
WiFiAccess to high-speed fibre broadband (leased line)
Whiteboard and pensAvailable for use and includes pens, erasers, and magnets
Flat screen television55" High Definition television with VGA and HDMI inputs
Conference camera and microphoneLogitech MeetUp with extension microphone
Accessible toiletThe room is located adjacent to an accessible toilet
WaterJug of water supplied free of charge with glasses
Flipchart and pensAdditional cost of £5.00
Tea and coffeeCharged at £1.50 per person for the duration of your booking
* 12 boardroom; 16 ‘U’ shaped without tables; and 24 theatre.
Items marked with an obelisk denote facilities that can be provided at additional cost.
