Speak with a befriendee on a planned and regular basis.

Record content and dates of meetings and expenses

About Wellbeing Scotland
To support people living with mild to moderate Mental Health challenges through a free, person-centred holistic service. We also offer specialist services in supporting people that have lived through childhood trauma. Our service runs through on a 50/50 split of staff and volunteers.
No existing skills are required as training will be provided, although an existing PVG and good listening skills would be an advantage.
Flexibility & Commitment
2 hours per week
Remote working is currently required - all equipment will be provided and training will be carried out virtually.
