Passenger Assistant (Escort)

Our escorts will receive training that will make them competent in assisting frailer older people in wheelchairs. This training is an accredited course where students will receive a nationally recognised certificate Passenger Assistant Training Scheme (PATS). Must be willing to undertake a disclosure through the PVG Scheme

Training Details

Guidelines on escorting, guidance on confidentiality, boundaries, first aid, lifting and handling.

Term Time

2 hours per Week. Minimum Commitment: 6

All escorts are requested to meet the drivers at The PEP Centre, 3 West Pilton Park, Edinburgh
