Group Trustee

You are part of the team which makes sure:
Sufficient resources (funds, people, property and equipment) are available for the delivery of a high quality programme.​
The charity’s finances are properly managed, including appropriate budgets. ​
There’s effective administration in place to support the work of the Trustee Board.​
Employed staff are managed effectively.

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Experience Required

Teamwork. Strong communication skills. Creative thinking and problem solving. Conflict resolution. Independent and objective judgement. Strategy design and support. Decision Making. Support and training will be given.

Location/Travel Details

This opportunity is based in Davidsons Mains. Lothian buses serve this area. Some meetings are online and some in person.

Expenses

Expenses must be pre-approved. Receipts are submitted to the treasurer who will reimburse.
