The Chair leads the Executive Committee, ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities within the group in accordance with the policy, organisation and rules of The Scout Association. The chairperson provides direction, sets the agenda, facilitates the monthly committee meetings and monitors activities. Tasks are split between all the committee members including the Treasurer, Membership Secretary and Group Scout Leader.
