Ageing Well Chair Based Exercise Asst

As a Chair Based Exercise Support Assistant you will work with the class instructor to help set up the room, greet participants, take the register and collect donations, support participants during the class, and help with the social time after the class. It is a great opportunity for our Older Adult client group to take part in physical activity, while meeting new friends, and they wouldn’t be able to do it without the support of volunteers!
