Support the Befriending Manager with feedback calls with our newcomer families who have a 1:1 Befriender, translating into/from Arabic where necessary to enable the newcomers to offer their feedback on the service
The feedback calls are planned around the availability of the newcomers and the volunteer. Around 10 or 20 minutes will be needed on each call. There will be roughly one call a week, but sometimes none for several weeks, other times all in the same few days.

Flexibility & Commitment
1 hour per week/fortnight
Role takes place from the volunteer's home on Zoom or by phone call. Volunteers are asked to be flexible, where possible, around the need to plan ad hoc calls to our newcomer families and to offer the translation needed during these calls. All calls and time required will be consulted and agreed in advance.
We have an online form and ask that receipts are emailed to us. We pay by BACS into a bank account within a week of the expenses being claimed.
