Good to Great for Trustees – One Day Free Programme
Are you a trustee at the moment, thinking of becoming a trustee, or an organisation looking for development opportunities for your trustees?
If so, Good to Great is for you. It’s an exciting development programme free to trustees, or potential trustees, of smaller Edinburgh voluntary or community organisations. It covers leadership, governance and decision-making. Trustees are the hidden force behind everything a voluntary or community organisation achieves. If you’re a charity trustee, particularly if you’re a newer to the role, you should find this free event helpful.
