Good to Great Event for Trustees

Trustees are often the unseen force behind all that happens in an organisation.  They make sure that the vision and aims of the organisation are fulfilled and they bear the legal responsibilty for the organisation.  Our Good 2 Great  (G2G) supports Trustees to fulfil their role more effectively, leading the organisation forward - from good to great.

This day long, free course, focuses on governance, leadership and effective decision making.  If you are a trustee who is a member of a committee or board of a small voluntary or community organisation then it's for you.

G2G is based around the National Occupational Standards for Trustees and Management Committees/Boards of voluntary organisations.

Led by Jean Cuthbert this training day is relaxed, friendly and a great opportunity not just to increase your knowledge and share experience with other people in Trustee roles but also to improve your confidence in what you and your board are doing right.

This training course is offered at no cost to you because of the generous support of the City of Edinburgh Council.
