Change Management - essential skills for involvers of volunteers.
A key challenge for volunteer involvers is helping their volunteers cope with change, whether it’s simply implementing a new policy or changing the entire volunteering programme you run.
This half day course, led by Jean Cuthbert will give you the essential knowledge and skills you need to managing change effectively. During the course you will learn about planning for change, how to manage unhelpful behaviour and dealing with a range of common barriers to change.
